We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in Switzerland. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. If we receive your order between Monday and Friday before 13.00 CET, we will likely pack and ship it on the same business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will be informed by email. For international shipments, you will also receive tracking details. Please note that for orders within Switzerland, we do not provide tracking information. If you have any questions about your shipment, please feel free to contact our Customer Happiness Team.

Please note that occasionally there may be unexpected delays with the parcel service provider. However, we have no control over this and cannot take responsibility for longer waiting times.

Once you have placed an order on our website, it is usually not possible to cancel it. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation and would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at as soon as possible. We will do our best to process your request before your order is shipped, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.

Customs & Taxes

No customs charges or taxes will apply.

EU Countries:
For orders within the EU with a total value of 150 EUR or below, we automatically add VAT charges at checkout, which means there are no additional fees upon the arrival of your parcel. Orders within the EU with a value above 150 EUR may me charged import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

International Orders:
Import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These additional charges cannot be covered or reimbursed by LIOA Lingerie. Since import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

* Any parcels that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address or because they were not picked up at the post office for any reason (incl. custom charges) and are subsequently returned to our warehouse will be treated as a regular return.
